The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale was designed and built by Franco Scaglione in 18 editions between 1967 and 1969. The Alfa Romeo Coupé 33 Stradale had a multi-tubular space-frame made of welded light alloy steel. The engine placed in mid center position before the rear axle, was a V8 90 degree of 1995 cc capacity with light alloy bloc and cylinder heads. It had two chain driven camshaft per bank. Power output was 230 hp at 8.800 rpm with maximum torque of 21 kgm (DIN) at 7.000 rpm. The compression ratio was 10 to 1. Transmission to the rear wheels was by six speed gearbox.
