Honda J-VX Concept 1997
The Honda J-VX) represents a new design for a lightweight front-engined 2+2 sport car with aerodynamic shape and very low fuel consumption. It integrates an hybrid technology with a 1,0 litre 3 cylinder direct injection engine. Claimed fuel consumption goes for 3,3 litre/ 100 km. Transmission is by CV-T continuously variable ratio.
The glass windshield extends over the roof for brightness in the cockpit. 4 point air belts double as both seatbelts and airbags. There are high intensity discharge (HID) headlights.
