The Porsche 996 is the first 911 generation propelled by a water cooled flat six engine. Several racing homologated versions were gradually proposed by the factory for its clients allowing for legendary participation in GTclass racing event . The Porsche 996 GT3 RSR pictured here was driven by Dominik Farnbacher, Lars Eric Nielsen and Pierre Ehret to 16th overall position at 2006 Le Mans endurance race. This LM GT2 category car was entered by Seikel Motorsport.
