- 68 - Talbot Lago T26 GS Course 1952
Talbot Lago had developed the T26 GS with open wheel and cycle fenders. Louis Rosier and his son won 1950 Le Mans 24 Hours with such a car. (See Car Review Talbot Lago T26 GS Le Mans 1950-1951). The car was leading the race when, one hour before the finishing line, the crankshaft broke and ended the performance.
